Have you been searching for the Bokun login page?

It’s a common mistake made by new members  – the login page is not on Bokun’s home page. When you register you will receive a newly generated link to your login page.

Your Company Account Login Page

Ok, so when you create a brand new account with Bokun you are given the opportunity to input the name of your company as the login name. Usually, without any special characters or spaces.

For example, the Bokun Login for Montgomery Group  is https://montgomerygroup.bokun.io/extranet/login.

As I help many companies with their Bokun account, they often just send me their password along with their email address and then forget to send their company login page. But, even if they do send me their company link,  this is not the best method to share your account. What you should really do is add another user.

How Do I Add Another User to My Bokun Account?

  1. First, login to your account.
  2. Go to the cogwheel at the top of the page and navigate to the Users menu.
  3. Click on Add, then fill out the details of name etc.
  4. The User role determines what kind of permissions your user has within your account.
  5. Select one of the presets from the user role dropdown menu to assign to your new user.
  6. Save when complete.
  7. An email will be sent to the email address you entered.

How Do I Create Custom Permissions for a New User?

  1. Login to your Bokun account.
  2. Go to the cogwheel at the top and select User roles.
  3. Click on Add, then click on each category or individual sub-item to activate what will be visible. Each active item should be blue.
  4. Save when complete.

It wasn’t that complicated was it! But, it should have been easier for new users! Anyway, now you know!
